HEXIS HX30000 films are Cast vinyls specially designed for full vehicle wraps. The film is a multilayered cast PVC. Because of its extreme flexibility and high conformability, fast and risk free transfers are practically guaranteed. It is particularly recommended for complex compound curved surfaces and long-term outdoor applications. The PE-coated liner with HEX’Press adhesive facilitates air egress thus avoiding bubbles and creases during application. HX30000 are the ideal high-end solution for vehicle markings and other substrates with long life cycles. This range includes many amazing textured films, including the Carbon Fiber, Sequin and Alligator as well a large selection of pearlescent and color changing materials.

HEXIS New 20000 Series consists of multilayered cast PVC films and a release liner with the HEX'PRESS adhesive system. This product is specifically designed for full vehicle wraps and vehicle markings in general. Because of the thickness of the film it preserves its color even when stressed during application. It is easy to apply and remove due to the structured adhesive that facilitates air egress.
